What if… this were the beginning of a new chapter?
Maybe you sometimes feel different - and that your story doesn’t match the person you want to become. Here, you can explore a new version of it: a narrative that takes you seriously, strengthens you, and helps you come back to yourself - so your life fits you again.
Because it’s not what happened to you that defines who you are – but the way you speak about it..

🌀Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is aimed at people who suffer from psychological stress.
- for example with:
- Depression or depressive moods
- Anxiety and persistent inner restlessness
- Exhaustion or burnout symptoms
- Self-esteem problems
- stressful relationship patterns
- Identity crises or profound life changes
It is useful when the inner pressure increases, symptoms become entrenched or your own life no longer seems coherent.
The focus is not on the diagnosis, but on the self-image that has come under strain - and the question of how stability and room for manoeuvre can grow again.
Aim:
is a sustainable inner stability and more room for manoeuvre in your own life.

Typical topics:
- Reorientation
- Cultural transitions
- Decisions
- Role change
- Professional development
- Life planning
Aim:
is more clarity, inner coherence and certainty of action on your future path.

What Makes My Work Unique
Therapy meets Storytelling
🪶 Personal Storytelling – your own narrative Personal Storytelling - your own narrative
We uncover the meaning within your experiences, values, and wishes - so a coherent narrative can emerge that gives you direction and strengthens you.
🎨 Creative, yet grounded
I work with language, images, symbols, and short writing impulses - not for analysis, but to make new perspectives visible and open up room for action.
🌍 Intercultural & gender-sensitive
I see you within your full context - cultural, familial, social. Your story deserves space, even beyond expectations and norms.
🕊️ Narrative
Why our stories matter
We live in a time in which different stories (narratives) shape how we see the world — in media, politics, work, and identity. Narrative Therapy and storytelling help you orient yourself within all of this: What do I say about myself? What is said about me? And what do I want to say in my own words?
This work is personal — and at the same time socially relevant. Because every changed narrative also changes the way we live together.
Narrative Therapy
Internationally established – still new in Germany
Narrative Therapy has long been established in many English-speaking countries – including Australia, Canada, the UK and the United States. It is based on the understanding that people are more than their problems, and that change begins when we start to tell our stories differently.
I am among the few therapists in Germany who specialize in this approach. It is innovative, deeply human and effective – because it helps you regain meaning, agency and a sense of self-efficacy, without labels or pathologizing.
You are not the problem.
The problem is the problem.
Tip
The TED-Talk „The Danger of a Single Story“ (english) by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is an inspiring invitation to explore new perspectives – and to discover the depth and richness of your own story.
