I offer psychotherapy in Berlin-Friedrichshain for people navigating between two life phases, two cultures, or multiple roles – and who are looking for orientation, support, or a new narrative

There are phases in life when it can be helpful to pause – especially when external changes or internal conflicts take up too much space. Perhaps you are at a turning point, feeling a diffuse exhaustion, or experiencing a crisis that brings up old themes.

In my practice, I offer psychotherapy based on the German Heilpraktikergesetz with a resource-oriented and trauma-sensitive approach. Your story, your perspectives, and your own words are at the center of our work. I draw from narrative therapy and therapeutic biographical work – in a way that is individual, mindful, and collaborative.

My approach – Narrative Therapy & Biographical Work

I believe that every person has inner strengths and abilities to cope with difficult life situations – even if these resources may currently feel out of reach.

In narrative therapy, we work together to understand and reframe challenging life stories, while developing new, empowering perspectives. It's not about quick fixes, but about gently building inner safety, agency, and connection to what matters most to you.

Biographical work helps reflect on your life path without judgment. It opens space for new meanings and coherent decisions in the present.

My practice is also open to international and multilingual individuals who are navigating a new cultural context or moving between different cultural influences. My approach is interculturally sensitive, respectful, and resource-oriented – regardless of background, language, or lifestyle

We begin with a non-binding initial consultation to determine whether my approach fits your needs. Together we’ll discuss:

  • Your concerns and expectations
  • My therapeutic approach
  • Practical questions like session length and frequency

If we decide to work together, we’ll schedule regular sessions – weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs.

My services can also serve as short-term support while you're waiting for a therapy spot covered by statutory health insurance. During this time, we can create relief, gain orientation, and foster stability. Many people find it helpful to receive professional support early – instead of struggling through alone.

⏳ Duration & Costs

  • Single session (50 minutes) regular: 85 €
  • 3 appointments (3 x 50 minutes) introductory offer: 190 €
  • Initial consultation (20-30 minutes): 50 € - currently free of charge!

Payment is made in advance by cash or card. You will receive an invoice. There is no VAT on therapeutic services – the prices are final.

Appointments are by arrangement, including Saturdays.

I work with self-paying clients. Billing through public health insurance is not possible. Some private health insurers or supplementary plans may cover Heilpraktiker psychotherapy – please check in advance.

If financial barriers exist, feel free to reach out – in some cases I offer a social rate.
